Diamond without a metal bond. IG5 Tech.
The world's first multi-layer vacuum-brazed ordered-diamond technology. Exceptional efficiency, savings and service life in professional cutting of concrete, asphalt, granite and refractory materials.
Ordered diamond, vacuum brazed, built for repeatable cutting
In a conventional diamond tool, cutting grains are held by a metal matrix. IG5 uses a different approach: ordered diamond placement and multi-layer vacuum brazing. This construction is the basis for high cutting speed, service life and material versatility.
World patent reference CIP-210110
Extremely fast cutting in the core story
Long-life positioning across professional use cases
Cobalt-free and easier to frame as an environmentally responsible choice
The key idea behind IG5 is the absence of the familiar metal matrix in the cutting segment. This fundamentally distinguishes it from standard concrete and asphalt blades.
Diamond grains are not placed randomly; they follow a defined pattern. This helps make segment performance more predictable and maintain stable cutting ability as the tool wears.
Forms the working structure of the segment and provides reliable diamond retention under high mechanical and thermal loads.
In practical terms, the technology comes down to four clear advantages: high cutting speed, long service life, broad material range and lower cost per cut.

Product sections
IG5 technology is based on a clear technical principle: the cutting segment has no classic metal bond, the diamonds are arranged in an ordered pattern and fixed by multi-layer vacuum brazing. This provides high cutting speed, stable performance and better economy on difficult materials. In this section, the range is organized as a catalogue with specifications, photos, videos and individual descriptions for each series.
HSS handheld blade
HSS is the base handheld series in the IG5 range. It keeps the familiar jobsite format, but focuses on high cutting speed and increased service life when working across mixed materials. Suitable for crews that cut reinforced concrete, asphalt and dense natural stone in the same shift and do not want to keep changing blades.
• Materials: concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt, granite and other demanding substrates.
• Professional diameters of 300, 350 and 400 mm.
HSS serves as a universal handheld blade for mixed tasks on site. The series is intended for contractors who need one working tool for different materials without constantly changing blades.
HSE handheld variant
A handheld-series option for intensive daily work. Suitable when handheld sawing remains the starting point, but the tool is expected to handle longer work cycles and high repeatability.
• Handheld format in 300, 350 and 400 mm.
• Work on concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt and stone.
• Oriented toward intensive daily use.
HSE extends the handheld family toward more intensive and repetitive use. The series is relevant when the familiar handheld format matters, but with an emphasis on heavier duty.
FS1 light floor saw blade
A transition from the handheld range to the light floor-saw class. The series is intended for cases where floor-saw geometry is already needed, but without moving to heavier machines in the FS2 and FS3 classes. Suitable for asphalt cutting, smaller concrete slabs and work in the light power range.
• Machine class: 5-11 kW.
• Materials: concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt.
• Transitional series between the handheld group and powerful floor saws.
FS1 covers the transition between the handheld group and light floor saws. The series is useful where floor-saw geometry and cut stability are already needed, but FS2 or FS3 class is not yet required.
FS2 floor saw blade
The main working series for floor saws. Designed for daily cutting of reinforced concrete, road surfaces and general construction tasks on medium-power machines.
• Machine class: 15-25 kW.
• Diameters: 350-1200 mm.
• For concrete, reinforced concrete and asphalt with hard or abrasive aggregate.
FS2 is a versatile position for medium floor saws in road and construction work. It is an optimal choice for daily cutting thanks to the ideal balance of machine power and materials handled.
FS3 high-power floor saw blade
Builds on the logic of FS2, but is designed for a more powerful machine class. In this zone, maximum cut stability, productivity and service life are ensured. Optimal for deep cuts, large machines and heavy construction or infrastructure work.
• Machine class: 25-75 kW.
• Diameters: 350-1200 mm.
• For deep cuts in concrete, reinforced concrete and heavy road surfaces.
FS3 occupies the top level of the standard floor-saw range and is built for high load. It is oriented toward large-scale work volumes.
FSF fresh concrete blade
A specialized series for early joint cutting in fresh concrete. Used where the cut must be made in the correct curing phase of the material, within 12-72 hours after placement.
• Application window: 12-72 hours after placement.
• Machine class: 10-25 kW.
• Diameters: 300 and 350 mm.
The series is intended for specialized work on freshly placed slabs, where the correct timing of tool use is the key factor.
FS3F fresh concrete variant
An extension of the FSF logic for cases where the fresh-concrete cutting task remains, but a heavier class of floor saw is used or an expanded diameter range is required.
• Specialization: early cutting of fresh concrete.
• Machine class: 15-25 kW.
• Diameters: 300 and 450 mm.
Relevant for heavier floor-saw equipment and projects that require greater productivity when working with freshly placed concrete.
TSD dry table saw blade
The base series for table saws. Designed for dry cutting and covers a broad range of block materials, from reinforced concrete to natural stone and refractory materials. Suitable for production sites and workshops where precise and stable dry cutting is required.
• Cutting mode: dry cutting.
• Machine class: 1.3-6 kW.
• Diameters: 300-900 mm.
• Low-noise Silent Shank body available.
Ideal for workshops and production areas where precision, stability and the ability to work with a wide range of materials matter.
TSW wet table saw blade
A branch of the table-saw group specially developed for wet cutting. Suitable for processing stone and block materials where water feed is required for edge quality and temperature control.
• Cutting mode: wet cutting.
• Materials: concrete and stone blocks.
• A logical complement to the TSD and TSU series.
Oriented toward processes where water helps control cut quality, improves cooling and increases operating stability.
TSU universal table saw blade
A universal series in the IG5 table-saw group. Intended for users who need flexibility across materials and working conditions. Suitable for mixed production tasks without a strict tie to only dry or only wet cutting.
• Cutting mode: universal (dry/wet).
• Materials: concrete, granite, stone and refractory blocks.
• Flexible approach for mixed tasks.
Serves as a universal tool for workshops where processed materials and cutting modes change frequently.
WSS wall saw blade
A specialized series for wall saws, intended for heavy-duty conditions. Developed specifically for cutting hard reinforced concrete and materials with heavy aggregate.
• Machine class: 10-25 kW.
• Diameters: 600-1200 mm.
• For reinforced structures and high-strength concrete.
Intended for structural openings, building demolition and other tasks where ordinary floor sawing is not enough because of cut depth or material density.
