High Frequency Integrated Concrete Vibrators H43

A high performance and durable high frequency concrete vibrator with integrated converter for the fastest possible concrete compaction. Excellent for challenging situations like moving a stiff mix into corners and around rebar. Available in custom hose lengths.

• High frequency motor mounted directly in the vibrator head with hardened steel casing and heavyduty bearings.
• 400 Hz PMSM motor, as used in the aerospace industry, for higher efficiency and lighter weight than competitors’ 200 Hz induction motors.
• Sophisticated converter electronics protect the motor from overload and protect from over or under voltage. Special electronics allow the same unit to be used with either 110 or 220 V supply. There is no need for a separate converter – just plug directly into the outlet.
• External aluminum heat sink for maximum cooling and easy cleaning.
• Available with either type of hose clamping system upon request. (Band clamp type hose attachment is standard on H43.)
• Reinforced Cable Support Strap protects power supply cable.
• Waterproof IP67 construction
